Easy and free returns

Because of the holiday season, you can make a return until January 10!

Returns are free* with © Mondial Relay from France, Belgium, Luxembourg and Spain.

Step 1: Return conditions #checklist

  • Which have been tried but not worn
  • Which are returned in their original box / packaging

Above all, never use the shoebox as a return package. Put the shoebox back in the original packing box (or another one) and tape it!

CHECK! Verify that the requirements have been met, otherwise, we will not be able to accept your return and the parcel will be resent to you at your expense, it would be a real shame.

Step 2: How to send your return parcel


According to your country, the return conditions are as follows:

> France / Belgium / Luxemboug / Spain

Our new return policy is being implemented little by little! Soon, a return form will be attached to your order to facilitate your returns. In the meantime, we kindly ask you to attach a free paper to your parcel with the following information:

  • Last name
  • Order number
  • Reference and size returned
  • Reason for return

After generating the return label, you just have to drop off the parcel in a delivery point.


KEEP! Once the label is generated, keep the confirmation email sent by Mondial Relay. It will allow you to track the delivery of the parcel, and give us the tracking number (10 numbers starting by -14) if you have questions about your return.

> Other countries

If you live outside these 4 countries, you can return items that do not suit you at your expense by using the carrier of your choice. We recommend that you choose a shipment with tracking and keep the tracking number of the package in case it is requested by the customer service.

Step 3: Refund

It will take about 10 days for the package to be sent to our warehouse, we will process it, and we will proceed with the refund. You will receive an automatic email once the refund has been made.

DONE! The refund will be made via the payment method used during the order, and will be visible on your account within 3 business days.

If you do not have news after 10 working days, do not hesitate to send us a message indicating the parcel tracking number so we can locate it.



You wanted to make an exchange? Just follow the classic return procedure and then place a new order! The shipping costs of the initial order are refunded if the entire order is returned.
