Returns are free* with © Mondial Relay from France, Belgium, Luxembourg and Spain.
Due to the temporary closure of the carrier Mondial Relay from 16/03 to 10/05, the 15-day period that you usually have to return an article that would not suit you is extended for all orders. You already have a new period of 15 days to make your return since the Mondial Relay network has reopen (since May 11th)!
We do not offer a return alternative via another carrier. If you are unable to use Mondial Relay to return a product that would not suit you, you can return the package to us, at your own expense, via the carrier of your choice. Please send your return package to the following address:

Our logistics team is currently limited, we advise you to wait a few weeks so that your return is processed in the best conditions before contacting us about your refund. Thank you for your patience and understanding!
Above all, never use the shoebox as a return package. Put the shoebox back in the original packing box (or another one), and tape it! Any missing or damaged shoebox will be charged 2 €.

CHECK! Verify that the requirements have been met, otherwise, we will not be able to accept your return and the parcel will be resent to you at your expense, it would be a real shame.

TIP ! The best way is to stick the new label above the old one, so there is no routing error.
After enclosing the return form with the parcel and stick the return label on it, you just have to drop off the parcel in a delivery point.
KEEP! Once the label is generated, keep the confirmation email sent by Mondial Relay. It will allow you to track the delivery of the parcel, and give us the tracking number (10 numbers starting by -14) if you have questions about your return.
> Other countries
If you live outside these 4 countries, you can return items that do not suit you at your expense by using the carrier of your choice. We recommend that you choose a shipment with tracking and keep the tracking number of the package in case it is requested by the customer service.

It will take about 2 weeks for the package to be sent to our warehouse, we will process it, and we will proceed with the refund of the product(s) price and the costs of delivery. You will receive an automatic email once the refund has been made.
DONE! The refund will be made via the payment method used during the order, and will be visible on your account within 3 business days.
Please note that the costs of delivery shall be refund only if you return all of the ordered items and within the limit of the costs of standard delivery.

If you do not have news after 2 weeks, do not hesitate to send us a message indicating the parcel tracking number so we can locate it.
We do not You wanted to make an exchange? Just follow the classic return procedure and then place a new order! If you chose the standard delivery, the shipping costs of the initial order are refunded if the entire order is returned.
