What is changing?

We have completely redesigned the design and ergonomics of our site to offer you the best user experience. Easily find our new Autumn - Winter collection, the iconic storm sneakers, and discover our very first Betty x Vanessa Wu capsule collection!

I had an account on the old site, do I still have it?

Yes, all customer accounts have been transferred! To activate your account on our new site, simply click on the "Activate my account" button in the automatic email we sent you. The subject of the email is "Welcome to our new site!". If you haven't received the email or you can't find it, don't hesitate to contact us so that we can send it to you again.

I placed an order on the old site, how can I track it?

Your order history has not been transferred to our new site. But don't worry, we still have access to it on our side! Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an automatic email with the carrier's tracking link.

I placed an order on the old site, how can I make a return?

If you wish to return an order made on our old site, simply send us a request at shop@vanessawu.fr, or from our contact form. Victoria will respond to you within 24 hours (48 hours maximum) indicating the procedure to follow. Returns from France, Belgium, Luxembourg and Spain are still free with Mondial Relay!

I made a return following an order made on the old site, how does the refund work?

Nothing has changed! Once your return has been received, we will process it and proceed with the refund via the payment method used during the purchase. You will receive an automatic email keeping you informed.

Do I still have access to my order history?

Unfortunately not, but you can contact Victoria for any questions relating to an order placed on our old site!
