Be careful! You risk drowning when you see our summer collection! We’re clearly feeling a little overwhelmed with the array of beautiful items and possibilities! How do we make do with just a few pieces when we want to buy everything? And we haven’t even shown you all of them... So, let’s take a deep breath, 3, 2, 1... Ready to dive in?
After having missed out on trips last year, we’ve been left with a feeling of unfinished business. So, this summer Vanessa Wu has chosen to take you on a journey like you’ve never experienced before, with a rich collection of inspiring and diverse items!
Inspiration coming direct from the south of France, and more besides...
This season, we find natural materials, mixing corsage and braiding, for sandals and bags with a Mediterranean feel. We’re also seeing a more nomadic ambience, with animal motifs and notched soles for a chic and safari-style look. There’s also some pop and colourful variations where holographic and iridescent materials are the order of the day. And of course, a return to basics where comfort and sleek designs stand out, for a "pure bold" design.
A collection that invites you on a journey, from the desert to the sea via the city, where different vibes come together as one.

Summer is not summer without my wedge heels!
They answer the call every summer, have never gone out of style, and just keep getting better. Did you know wedge sandals have been around since the 1940s? They’ve certainly travelled far and wide with our feet! Although their reputation precedes them, let’s not forget how nice and easy they are to wear: they offer unrivalled comfort, a certain stability and a design that allows them to be worn equally as well with a chic outfit for going out to dinner, on a night out or a relaxing afternoon at the beach.
My favourite summer footwear; rope sandals.
Nowadays ropes have more than one use, they’ve been adorning our feet for a few seasons now! Although they take some time getting used to, in terms of mastering them and achieving the perfect knot (neither too tight nor too loose), it has to be said that they are still very practical. And what’s more, they’re gorgeous! They adapt easily to all ankle types and can also be dressed up. That way, it's much easier to take them off once back, wouldn’t you agree? We have a double crush on this all-purpose pair which has the advantage of matching perfectly with many of our summer outfits...
Conclusion
The seasons follow each other but are different in every way... Just like our shoesing! As soon as the temperatures become milder, our shoe addiction resurfaces in all its glory and it’s impossible not to succumb! At the same time, with such a magnificent collection, how can you not give in to temptation this season?
